Refund Policy

PracticePad, operated by Jed Michael Reaux d/b/a PracticePad LLC (in formation), offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
• Email us at jed@practicepad.net and we'll help you through it.

After the refund window

After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case-by-case, for example if the Service was unavailable or misrepresented.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we're almost always able to resolve billing questions quickly.
